Neuromodulators 

Before your neurotoxin appointment
• Refrain from any dental work (beyond a standard cleaning) 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
• Plan your neurotoxin appointment at least 3-4 weeks prior to any
major events for best results.
• If you had to take an antibiotic or steriods, there should be at least 2 weeks between your last dose of the antibiotic/steroid and your next
neurotoxin treatment!
After your neurotoxin appointment
• A mild headache after the treatment is not unusual, you can take
Tylenol or Ibuprofen if needed!
• Do not lie directly face down, receive facials, massages for 2 weeks post treatment to avoid migration of product.
• Refrain from excessive exercise, hot showers, or saunas for 24
hours after your appointment.
• Sleep with a clean pillowcase.
• Use gentle skincare the evening of your treatment.

Botox/Dysport/Daxxify

Before your dermal filler appointment
• Refrain from any dental work (beyond a standard cleaning) 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after your appointment.
Plan your filler appointment at least 3-4 weeks prior to any majorevents as there is a risk of bruising and swelling after thetreatment.
• If you had to take an antibiotic or steriods, there should be at least 2 weeks between your last dose of the antibiotic/steroid and your dermal filler treatment.
•If you take blood thinners know there is an increased risk for bruising. Never stop taking prescription blood thinners unless cleared by your doctor.
After your dermal filler appointment
• Refrain from excessive exercise, hot showers, or saunas for 24
hours after your appointment.
• Sleep with a clean pillowcase.
• Use gentle skincare the evening of your treatment.
• Refrain from massaging and excessively touching your face/Lips
• After lip filler make sure to keep lips hydrated with our Hydrasilk Lip Balm

Dermal Filler

Sculptra/ Radiesse/ Biostimulator

Before your biostimulator appointment
• Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, alcohol) for 3–5 days prior to treatment to minimize bruising
• Notify our office if you have any active skin conditions, infections, or recent dental work
• It is recommended to postpone treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
•If you take blood thinners know there is an increased risk for bruising. Never stop taking prescription blood thinners unless cleared by your doctor.
After your biostimulator appointment
• You may experience mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising at the injection sites—this is normal and temporary
• Follow the 5-5-5 rule: massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times per day, for 5 days (unless otherwise directed)
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs), and alcohol for 24 hours
• Avoid facial treatments, including massage, for 2 weeks post-treatment
• Results develop gradually over several weeks as collagen production is stimulated
• Stay well hydrated and maintain a consistent skincare routine to support results

Microneedling

Before your microneedling appointment
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliating products, and active ingredients (AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide) for 5–7 days prior
• Discontinue waxing, laser treatments, or other advanced procedures in the treatment area for at least 1 week prior
• Skin that has had excessive recent sun exposure will not be treated
• Notify our office of any active skin conditions, infections, or recent procedures
• Arrive with clean, product-free skin
After your microneedling appointment
• Expect redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity similar to a sunburn for 24–72 hours
• Minimal makeup may be applied the next morning.
• Use only the gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF we provide you for the first 3–5 days
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and active ingredients for 5–7 days post-treatment
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and sweating for 24–48 hours
• Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF 30+ daily
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate the treated area while healing
• Skin may feel temporarily dry or rough as it heals—this is normal

Chemical Peel

Before your chemical peel appointment
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliating products, and active ingredients (AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide) for 5–7 days prior
• Discontinue waxing, laser treatments, or other advanced procedures in the treatment area for at least 1 week prior
• Notify our office if you have a history of cold sores (antiviral prophylaxis may be recommended)
• Arrive with clean, product-free skin
• Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning prior to treatment
After your chemical peel appointment
• Mild redness and tightness are expected immediately following treatment
• Peeling typically begins around day 48 hours after treatment and may last up to 4–7 days. Do not pick or pull peeling skin
• Use only the provided post-peel kit and a gentle cleanser during the peeling process
• Keep skin well moisturized and avoid all active skincare products until peeling is complete
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and sweating for 24–48 hours
• Strict sun avoidance is required—apply SPF 30+ daily and reapply as needed
• Do not schedule additional facial treatments until the skin has fully healed

SkinClassic Session

Before your skinclassic appointment
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliating products, and active ingredients (AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide) for 5–7 days prior
• Discontinue waxing, laser treatments, or other advanced procedures in the treatment area for at least 1 week prior
• Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning prior to or after treatment
• Notify our office of any active skin conditions, infections, or recent procedures
After your skinclassic appointment
• Treated areas will darken immediately and may appear slightly raised—this is expected
• Mild redness or swelling may occur and typically resolves within 24–48 hours
• Do not pick, scratch, or disturb treated areas—lesions will naturally slough off within 5–10 days (face) or up to 2 weeks (body)
• Keep the area clean and dry; avoid excessive moisture, heat, and sweating for 24–48 hours
• Minimal makeup may be applied the next day
• Avoid active skincare products until the skin has fully healed
• Apply SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure to prevent pigmentation changes
